The opposition to the overruling offends me worse than just about anything I’ve ever seen or heard. How angry and violent people will get…how out of their way they are willing to go to strip another human being of their rights. With the celebration of the gay couples I know who are so unbelievably happy that their love will now be fully recognized by the law-in the joy and beauty of that-it’s easy to forget the ugly.
